Notes:
Cover is still laminated Front cover and Back cover but it is a 'standard' cover without the flipback. Label variation which does not have song publisher logos, side One label has the words 'On The' in the first line of the title of the EP and side Two has 'On' only in the first line of the title of the EP. The number '4' appears to the left of the Matrix Number etched into Side One, and the number 3 appears to the left of the Matrix Number etched into Side Two. I have presumed the order still starts with 'MX...' and therefore the numbers are the end of the Matrix number.
