Returns Process
First of all, Get In Touch. All returns have to be approved by us beforehand.
When your faulty/damaged product has been approved for return by us, a return label will be emailed to you at no cost. All you have to do is print then attach the return label to the reusable mailer the item arrived in and drop off at your nearest Australia Post branch.
For change of mind returns that have been approved by us, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange safe return of the product.
