Returns, Damaged or Faulty Goods
Red Pill Records do easy returns on faulty/damaged products.
Red Pill Records assumes responsibility for all return and re-delivery fees (when applicable) on faulty products or products that have been damaged in transit.
All returns and fault/damage notifications must be made within 7 days of original delivery.
Prior to returning any products you must contact us for authorization. We may ask for a picture of the fault/damage to confirm.
Red Pill Records endeavour to ensure your goods are packed in the appropriate manner for fail safe delivery.
In cases where goods appear to have been damaged or broken in transit we advise you to notify us immediately. If possible photograph the consignment immediately and email the details to us.
All returned goods must be unused/unopened and in original packaging.
Returned goods (after approval) due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% of the consignment value.
Items that have been opened are not eligible for a change of mind return.
The customer assumes responsibility for all return and re-delivery fees (when applicable) due to change of mind.
No exchange of goods or refund on goods will be accepted after one month from date of purchase.
Title to the goods purchased on this site does not pass from Red Pill Records to you until we have received payment in full for the goods. All risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
